<aside> 💡 I 💯 recommend to implement Buddy System. That work so well for all the companies I work for. It means that there is one existing team member dedicated to be responsible for the onboarding of a newcomer. This buddy should be someone proactive (maybe your IC who wants to grow into managerial role later on). Buddy usually schedules one on one with the new starter and provide overall guidance. The buddy should be ideally from the same team. Buddy meet the newstarter on the 1st day latest!
