30 Days
🧽 Be a sponge
First 30 days... Your top priority is to be patient. Be a sponge and soak in as much info as possible! How does that look like
- [ ] Understanding our vision and our team's existing strategy
- [ ] Find out the purpose of you is crucial for producing high-quality work and actually making an impact. It's always better to over-prepare than under-prepare. And it's okay to take time to learn the ropes -- it pays huge dividends in the long run. In the first 30 days of your employment, your priority is to be a sponge and soak in as much information as possible. Once you do that, you can then try to improve more specific parts of our team work-style!
🙇🏼♂️ Your Learning Goals
- [ ] Study our company's mission, vision, and our hiring strategy. You should be able to easily oriented in our hiring plans, goals and you should know who to ask for what.
- [ ] Read the recommended books, dive into our culture, understand why we resonate with our values.
- [ ] Read our JTBD materials, our hiring personas (candidates), our current processes and materials. Understand who is our customer. What is the market you are looking a talent for. What are our pain points when it comes to hiring? How can you help us?
- [ ] Meet with relevant teammates, hiring managers, people lead and learn about your and our common goals, and how can you help us grow!
- [ ] Make sure you are synced with Adélka and Marketing team on how to run and organise your first events with our help.
- [ ] Learn about every process on the agenda. At the end of your 30 day, you should be confident about each of them.
🕺🏿 Performance goal (these will be very specific goals for each role!)
- [ ] You should get the event overview and seek areas that need to be improved. Design the event planning process. Design how should we be working cross-functionally and what needs to be done further. Bring the proposal by the end of your first week.
- [ ] Help our recruiters to drive our first FUN sourcethon.
- [ ] Help our recruiters to organize an internal Interviewing Workshop for hiring managers and interviewers.
- [ ] Let me to hand over all the events and community planning, organization. You'll become the owner and will drive the progress.
- [ ] Design a process that will help us to gather all the relevant data so we can measure progress and success in Community Management.
